The NY-based TV/Film production company behind series such as Swamp People, LA Ink, The Rachel Zoe Project and films like The Squid and the Whale and Half Nelson needs a rock-star assistant to support top-level executive. The ideal candidate will be smart, driven and have a take-charge attitude. Must be level-headed, organized, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
You will be expected to provide first-rate administrative support on a 24/7 basis while also managing a variety of projects under minimal supervision. There is potential for growth within the company.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must have 1-2 years experience working as an executive assistant in the industry. Background in television is preferred.
