This is a Full Time Job
The Project Coordinator position (PC) is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the active projects within OCA. The PC will work closely with Creative Directors as well as OCA management to ensure that all assigned projects are kept on-track and within budget so they can successfully be delivered in a timely manner to the client. Previous experience at a Music Label or Management Company preferred.
Project Coordinator Duties:
-Main priority is to ensure projects are completed and delivered on-time.
-Manage relationships with clients, labels, management and CDs
-Anticipate potential challenge areas in a project and strategize to mitigate it
-Ensure the artist's team is being communicated with, either by the CD or yourself
-Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation

-Has a proven track record of success in prior similar endeavors
-Appreciates the impact of this position's decision-making to the team members individually as well as to the overall operation of the company
-Possesses good judgment, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and strong customer service skills
-Proven ability to balance and effectively prioritize numerous responsibilities and multi-task with a sense of urgency
-Is a demonstrated team player
Qualifications and Skills:
-BA/BS in related field or high school diploma and equivalent work experience
-2 + years' experience in similar or related field
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for MAC
-Proficient skills in basic web-page maintenance and all forms of online social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) a plus
-Spanish speaking a plus but not essential
General Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must be eligible to work in the United States
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
-Must possess and maintain an automobile in good working condition with appropriate auto insurance
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
