Job description
We are searching for a reliable, detail-orientated Sound Engineer to join our team. The Sound Engineer's responsibilities include creating and editing recordings, setting up equipment in the studio, following client specifications, and meeting project deadlines. You should have excellent people skills and be able to show up on time for all studio sessions. The position is contractor/freelancer.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be on call
Proficient in Pro Tools
Familiar with Logic Pro, Ableton, and FL Studio
A minimum of 2 years experience in Sound Engineering
Knowledgeable on Studio Wiring and Signal Flows
Critical listening experience
Must know how to work on all music genres (mostly Hip Hop, R&B, Rap)
Excellent time management
Experienced in Recording and Mixing
Able to follow the client's instructions/specifications
Reliable
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Confident Mac user
