We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Manager to join our team and manage a diverse roster of creators across multiple niches. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives on multitasking and juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of talent across varied content niches
Source, negotiate, and close brand partnership deals
Draft, review, and redline contracts
Develop content strategy and campaign plans tailored to each creator's audience and goals
Track deliverables, deadlines, and payments across multiple active campaigns
Act as the primary point of contact between talent and brand partners
