REMOTE Talent Coordinator Position

We’re hiring a Talent Coordinator to support influencer partnerships from start to finish. This role works closely with both brands and talent and is a great fit for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating in a fast-moving environment.
Every partnership is different. While that keeps the work interesting, it also means this role requires frequent problem-solving and someone who can think on their feet without needing step-by-step direction.

What you’ll do:
Manage influencer partnerships from initial outreach through final deliverables
Communicate daily with brands and talent via email and iMessage
Track timelines, deliverables, usage, approvals, and campaign details
Support deal execution including briefs, contracts, and post approvals
Assist with cold emailing and brand outreach
Keep internal systems organized and up to date
Proactively flag issues and help problem-solve when things change (because they often do)

What we’re looking for:
A true self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and move things forward
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort handling situations where there’s no template
Clear, professional written communication (especially via email)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple partnerships at once without dropping the ball
Interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or partnerships
Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, or similar tools
Background in coordination, account management, or operations
