We're creating a small team of social-media interns to be dedicated content creators, community managers and key team and partner collaborators. If you consider yourself a video content-creating pro, and social media expert, you'll want to be part of Oooh's first Digital Creator Intern team! The Digital Creator Intern will be responsible for creating and boosting your own and others content on the Oooh platform. You'll have a hand in editorial decisions, content programming and marketing, and partnerships. You'll have a front row seat to how the next big app gets made, launched and operated, all by a veteran team that comes from Twitch, YouTube, Disney, Triller, EA, Amazon and a number of startups.
We are looking for creative, self-driven individuals/hustlers who are passionate about all things social media and a whiz at creating compelling digital content. You must consider yourself a content tastemaker - your friends must think of you as this person - and have a following of at least 5K users yourself. And, we are looking for people who create clean content, appropriate for any age (note: this most definitely is not everyone!)
If this is you, then content creation is part of your day-to-day. You have a passion for pop culture, know all the trending #hashtags, have a keen understanding of social media and know how to spot new trends. You are on TikTok or IG all day, and also familiar with Snap, Twitch, mobile games or other trending apps. You know the top creators and understand best practices. You don't just consume videos, you create them and use the suite of tools/apps to make them better. You know how the algorithms and meta-games work.
*Production experience is a plus. Basic shooting/editing on mobile required.
*Please submit 3 sample video posts you've created in the last 6 months as part of the application.
Responsibilities
Create content for the Oooh platform
Create promotional materials for Oooh content, including static graphics, videos, GIFs, etc.
Engage with creators and users on the Oooh platform by submitting videos
Brainstorm creative ideas for content and creator collaboration
Collaborate with team for promotional and marketing ideas
Outreach and onboard creators
Participate in team meetings, share ideas and give feedback on product, design, marketing, community messaging, etc.
Put together reports and use data and analysis to back up your recommendations and performance

Qualifications:
Must be a Junior in High-School or in College
Minimum of 5K followers on social media, and be an active content creator
Social Media and Digital Video expert
Salary
$15 per hour
