This is a Full Time Job

Manager of Legal Affairs

The candidate must have 5 years plus, of experience working with entertainment transactions either a law firm or in-house with an entertainment company. Experience working with film and/or television transactions is preferred. Contract experience in events, music licensing, sync license, basic copyright protections and some basic intellectual property rights understanding. Should have Bachelor's degree. Must have ABA-approved Paralegal or California equivalent. Full-time position, in office work in Simi Valley, Ca. and remotely as well. Full Health Benefits, vacation time, 401k and lots of upward movement potential. Manager level position. A demonstrated track record of positive impact in previous positions held, is preferred.

Salary Range: $55K-$70K
Benefits: Full health benefits, vacation time, 401k
