How do I hire a Studio Manager? One On One NYC, a members only networking and casting studio, is looking for a full time Studio Manager with proactive and highly developed technical, Zoom, graphics, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, personable, an energetic self-starter, and a reliable problem solver. Must be able to multi-task, communicate well, and be comfortable in a fast-pace office environment. Must have experience with cameras + AV equipment as well as be highly proficient with Zoom. Must have graphics & video editing experience as well.
** Be specific about your experience with Video and Audio equipment. Only people with camera experience please apply.
Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Salary: $50K
Responsibilities:
- Daily upkeep and management of 6 studios
- Set-up and maintenance of all Studio Equipment
- Monitoring and upkeep of network, including wired, wireless, file server, network closet, and backups
- Monitoring and upkeep of web server and email server
- Monitoring and upkeep of security camera system
- Manage phone system
- Assist in media uploads for Casting Sessions and Acting Classes
- Lend support to all technical needs including troubleshooting faulty equipment with our computer system, cameras, printers, and AV equipment
-Oversee the execution of Online Zoom classes in conjunction with the Programming Department
-Lend support to issues related to Zoom classes including troubleshooting and working with the Programming department to improve the quality of Online classes
-Support Programming Department in classroom setup and booking off-site studios when needed
-Perform administrative and customer service tasks at our front desk, to accommodate our castings and programming in NYC, LA, and Online.
-Create graphics and videos to help expand One on One's casting rentals and programming
