As a Front of House Staff Member, you'd be the warm and welcoming face of our New York City campus. You'd play a key role in making our in-person classes and events run smoothly, and your dedication to excellent customer service ensures our community thrives.

Key Details:
Time Commitment: Available Weekday Shifts are 8:30am - 2:30pm & 2:00pm - 8:00pm as well as Weekday Evenings 5pm - 10pm~.
Compensation: $20/hr to start.
Location: You must be located in New York City and authorized to work in the US.

Proactive: You have an eye for detail and can see when a customer or the staff would benefit from a new approach
Customer-Oriented: You excel in managing requests and providing support, all while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating in-person classes by overseeing actor check-ins, ensuring readers and instructors are present, and assisting in launching our daily in-person events
Spearheading technical setup for on-camera classes by setting each room up according to the specifications laid out by the Programming Team (chairs, camera, SD card, TV monitor, etc) along with troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise in the class
Ensuring an inviting atmosphere through warm interactions and maintaining Studio cleanliness
Providing top-notch customer service by managing requests, offering support, and maintaining a friendly and professional tone while clearly communicating studio policies
