Assoc Sales Representative

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and culture driven Associate Sales Representative to support and scale our sales operations, agency outreach, and roster representation.One of Ones is a boutique talent representation, management and development company operating at the intersection of commercial film, post production, sound, and visual culture.

In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership to identify incoming commercial production opportunities, cultivate relationships with agency producers and creative directors, manage pitch workflows, and showcase our creative talent across top-tier brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Asst in RFP / Creative Brief Eval & Pitch Preparation
* Sales Operations & Marketing Support

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience within commercial production, post-production, talent representation, or advertising agency production.

• Industry Literacy: Deep understanding of the commercial production ecosystem, from live-action director rosters and VFX pipelines to audio post production and agency workflow.

• Creative Eye: Strong visual acuity and ability to match director styles, tone, and narrative strengths to diverse creative briefs.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an understated, professional aesthetic.

• Organization: High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple fast-moving pitches and client interactions simultaneously.

• Tools: Proficiency with reel hosting platforms (e.g., Wiredrive, Slate), CRM tools, and pitch presentation software.
