Logistics & Merchandise Manager

On The List Presents is hiring! We are looking for a Logistics and Merchandise Manager!

We are a VIP ticketing company, and experience in live music, and merchandise/inventory management is preferred. This position would provide our touring reps support on the ground, manage relationships with multiple vendors, place detailed merchandise orders, and manage inventory closely. Someone who is Extremely detail-oriented, Word/Excel savvy and HIGHLY organized is key! Knowing your way around Canva - a major plus!

Some details and duties:
-Communicate with venues & other key parties to obtain necessary info for each tour
-Manage merchandise inventory and drop shipments very closely, and settle corresponding invoices.
-Pack road cases for our touring reps. Keep our warehouse well stocked with supplies
-During some shows, provide Live on-site/ off-site support during VIP Experience via phone and email
-Assist in managing customer service via phone and email on some high volume show days (we have an additional CS agents)
-Critical thinking in high intensity moments (lost shipments, etc)

Ideal Candidate has:
-Go to, Can do, Proactive applicants only!
-Great attitude (we're live music fans and super enthusiastic about our clients!!)
-Must be highly organized! There is a lot of info, dates and inventory to manage across different tours. Being organized is 100% necessary.
-Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
-Know your way around Excel and Word
-The ability to prioritize and juggle simultaneous tasks and see them each through to completion.
-Self-starter! This is a hybrid position, will work from our warehouse, our office, and from home
-MUST be based in LA to manage our warehouse and send shipments from our space!
