On The List Presents is hiring! We are looking for a Fan Experience Manager to oversee customer service. We are a VIP ticketing company, and experience in live music, ticketing and/or merchandise management is preferred. This position would provide our touring reps support on the ground, as well as communicate all necessary details to our fans, so someone who is Extremely detail-oriented, and HIGHLY organized is key? Word/Excel savvy and knowing your way around Canva - major plus!
Some details and duties:
-Email detailed itinerary information to VIP guests at least 2-3 days prior to the show
-Pull customer lists and format them for Zkipster check-in app
-Communicate with venues & other key parties to obtain necessary info for each tour
-During some shows, provide Live off-site support during VIP Experience via phone and email
-Manage customer service via phone and email - high volume show days (we have an additional CS agent some days also)
-Critical thinking in high-intensity moments (fan disputes, alternate pick-ups)
Ideal Candidate has:
-Great attitude (we're live music fans and super enthusiastic about our clients and fans!!)
-Must be highly organized! There is a lot of info, shows, dates and inventory to manage across different tours. Being organized is 100% necessary.
-Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
-The ability to prioritize and juggle simultaneous tasks, and see them each through to completion.
