EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
As our new Experiential Director, you’ll work hard and play hard. If you enjoy hitting the links, rocking out at a private concert, in tune to the newest art, fashion and music trends, and meeting world-renowned chefs, this position is for you. You will support the Partner Marketing team on a Payment Services Account. The day-to-day includes strategizing, overseeing and coordinating event and activation logistics, execution of your programs and daily client communications and management. While you’re coordinating these programs, you’ll assist in brainstorming new programs to drive our clients’ partner marketing objectives.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO
? Lead through all aspects of event programming; from initial brainstorm through execution (on-site and virtual) and wrap-up
? Develop tailored experiential and strategic plans
? Be the day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs, while having the ability to manage multiple clients each with unique and different styles
? Manage numerous projects simultaneously, both large-scale custom or sponsorship based experiences as well as smaller-scale events
? Oversee the management of materials related to individual events, including but not limited to: digital programs, invitations, large scale production elements, décor, signage and ordering of premiums
? Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties
? Facilitate and/or manage program budgets and be diligent in all accounting and expense procedures
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
? A passion and expertise in experiential program management
? 7 years of event/brand marketing experience
? Previous experience working in an event management setting/experiential marketing, with direct ownership or lead responsibilities over a project
? Excellent project management skills
? Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously
? Proven experience of your success in building strong client relationships
? Budget management and/or reconciliation experience
? A desire to supervise, manage, and mentor more junior employees
? Superb communication skills – both written and verbal
? A can-do attitude and a desire to succeed
? Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
