How do I hire an Assistant Production Office Coordinator? Award-winning full-service production company OBB Media is seeking an Assistant Production Office Coordinator who is passionate about physical production and the inner workings of making content. Please note this is a position for Los Angeles area applicants only.
-Reports to internal Production Manager and Production Coordinator
-Assist with all office duties (telephones, schedules, calendar, files, expense reports)
-Support all OBB projects across unscripted, scripted, and podcasts from development through delivery - working on-set as needed
-Assist in research of potential above-the-line crew hire availability and scheduling
-Maintain internal crew database
-Maintain equipment and hard drive inventory
-Organize mail and other deliveries
-Track production status on a daily basis
-Pickups and deliveries
-Other responsibilities may include ordering equipment/furniture/supplies, maintaining cleanliness of office, arranging parking access, going on runs etc.
-2+ years experience in the Film & TV industry (studio, network, production company, or physical production show level)
-Thorough understanding of all production paperwork (call sheets, production reports, crew lists, schedules)
-Candidate should display a great deal of initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work well under pressure
-Strong team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
-Resourceful, detail-oriented self-starter
-Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
