This is a Full Time Job
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong sales instincts, a passion for live sports and entertainment, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Reports directly to the General Manager
• Solicit and close sales for:
• Group outings
• Season tickets
• Mini plans
• Single-game ticket packages
• Hospitality and premium seating options
• Oversee all box office operations and ticketing staff
• Serve as primary contact with TicketReturn to ensure all ticketed events are properly built, managed, and displayed online
• Develop theme tickets, promotional nights, and new ticket plan offerings to drive individual and group sales
• Hire, train, and mentor ticketing interns for Fall, Spring, and Summer terms
• Provide exceptional customer service and fan support throughout the ticketing process
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
Preferred Qualifications
• Ambitious, driven, and outgoing individual ready to join a first-class team
• A ''hungry learner'' mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Customer-service-first approach in all interactions
• 1–3 years of ticket sales experience preferred
• Prior experience with ticketing software (TicketReturn a plus, but not required)
