This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
We are looking for the next superstars for our Spring 2026 Internship Class!
Our Spring Interns will get hands-on experience in Ticket Sales, Promotions, Social Media, Sponsorships, Stadium Operations, Food & Beverage, as well as Marketing and Graphic Design.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and/or Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Ability to interact with other O'Fallon Hoots / Play 9 Sports departments to provide a cooperative, client-oriented focus for all related operations
• Energetic and excited about bringing the best show to O'Fallon
What You'll Be Doing / Learning
Ticket Operations, Sales, and Community Outreach
• Sell single-game tickets and provide exceptional customer service to all ticket holders
• Prospect and list-build for group sales and theme nights
• Develop in-game promotional events in conjunction with sponsorship sales
• Develop and execute social media and other marketing strategies
• Outreach to local businesses to build community connection and engagement
Marketing, Social Media & Graphic Design Support
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across all team platforms
• Help capture and produce digital content including photos, short-form video, and graphics
• Create basic promotional graphics for theme nights, ticket offers, and community events
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns and fan communication pieces
• Support branding efforts to ensure consistent voice and visuals across all channels
Stadium Operations & Fan Experience
• Assist the Director of Stadium Operations in keeping the ballpark in top shape
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and fun ballpark for all fans
• Assist with inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadium needs
• Pursue and help coordinate ballpark rentals, including but not limited to: college baseball games, high school baseball games, and soccer practices
• Assist in preventative maintenance projects
• Provide customer service that is For the Fan at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Start Date: Monday, January 12, 2026
End Date: Friday, May 1, 2026
