Paid position for an experienced, thorough producer for ''Triangle,'' an NYU Graduate Film thesis project (15 min, s16mm).
Much of the producing is in place/motion but need help to pull off an ambitious production. Starts asap, shooting this fall.
''Triangle'' is about a middle-school girl that waits for her turn to play the triangle at the very end of a long symphony. Moments over the course of her life are woven into brief scenes of her getting for a big concert. A poetic-lyrical meditation on memory, waiting, womanhood, and generations.
