We are a full-service entertainment start-up (music, film, television, digital) with various projects in development set to launch in late 2019/early 2020. We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative interns, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others, to join our team and contribute in the areas of PR and Marketing as well as assist in other brand-building tasks. Do you love the 2000s when artists like Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys were dominating the airwaves and Hannah Montana and High School Musical were all the rage? Nostalgia is a key characteristic of our brand identity. Be part of creating the magic and seeing it come to life as the company grows from zero to hero. *For academic credit and industry experience with potential for future employment based on the quality of work done during the internship and available job openings*
- Assist in developing and contributing to public relations and marketing activities
- Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising; monitoring account activities; and managing production activities
- Coordinate with news media as assigned, in development of appropriate news stories
- Maintain up-to-date internal records
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- An innovative self-starter with problem-solving skills, creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
