OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enters Digital orders in Tracking and Traffic databases. Assists with generating invoices and invoice revisions
• Provides support to Traffic team members in the scheduling of on-air credits
• Assembles credit schedules for Music and Entertainment programs and acts as backup on all other schedule-related activities when other Traffic Team members are on leave. Generates reports as needed
• Provides support to Production team. Helps prepare spot lists and requests airchecks for Sponsorship Representatives
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with Broadcast traffic and grant tracking software preferred
• High proficiency with standard personal and office computing programs
• Ability to perform tasks accurately under deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and demonstrated organizational skills, including prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Allegiance or similar traffic software
• MS Access
• MS Excel
• MS Word
