Full Time Job
The Recruitment and Employment Branding Coordinator provides administrative and talent support across the organization. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team with a range of hiring processes and activities, including interview scheduling, candidate travel, logistics and social media and internal/external branding for NPR’s talent strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordination and scheduling of multi-participant interviews for candidates
• Impact the candidate experience through social media and recruitment marketing campaigns results
• Provides administrative support for recruiting processes, including posting requisitions, use and maintenance of candidate application data, applicant tracking, background checks, etc.
• Provides reporting for key metrics, including diversity
• Ensures consistent application of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures
• Attend job fairs and industry networking events or conferences as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations and processes
• Familiarity with digital recruitment marketing strategies, including the use of social media in recruiting
• Able to operate with tact, discretion and sensitivity with respect to confidential information
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage a high volume of work by balancing competing deadlines and priorities
• Highly efficient with time management and follow up
• Maintains a professional demeanor and is able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), performance management, HRIS and applicant tracking systems
