Full Time Job
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and execute website enhancements strategy in an effort to achieve conversion rate goals and align with department vision of operational excellence and relevance in the market
• Lead quarterly presentations to Senior Leadership and the CMO regarding operational improvements, conversion metrics, trends in the web operations market and any changes to the roadmap
• Manage website and online marketplace administration for the entire division, including accurate SKU presentation, partnering with external vendors to ensure site uptimes are upheld, as well as efficient and accurate order fulfillment
• Evaluate Customer Service with external vendor to ensure best in class standards are being upheld
• Oversee website and online marketplace merchandising
• Create and lead best in class processes for managing and executing product hierarchy, placement of samples, communicating feedback internally and to vendors, and creating purchase orders
• Act as department lead for management of all product sourcing and vendor relations
• Analytical duties include reading monthly reports and actively participating in sales hindsight meetings with VP of Marketing, and reviewing stock levels against sales and product life cycle, by location, and making recommendations for pricing changes and inventory buys
• Responsible for placing replenishment orders and execute inventory transfers as needed
• Oversee damaged inventory corrections and loss prevention and reporting
• Manage promotional samples and giveaways, including license goods
• Supervise annual physical inventory
• Lead, manage and develop Store Manager for one location, an onsite gift shop
• Oversee and mentor Store Manager’s ownership of store operations, including, but not exclusive to Customer Service, Merchandising, Buying, Driving Traffic, Events, Staffing, Point of Sale technology management
• Manage a seasonal Intern to help with Operations
• Lead Special Projects and partner with internal teams and with Marketing leadership on ad hoc initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Excel (capable, does not have to be an expert)
• Self-Starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Able to manage, prioritize and guide overlapping work streams to successful outcomes
• Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively in a matrixed work environment
• Demonstrates creativity in process management and problem resolution
• Solid analytical skills
• Results-oriented; solid work ethic
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Shopify experience is a plus
• UX experience is a plus
• Licensing experience is a plus
• Google Merchant Center experience is a plus
• Cost and Budget management is a plus
• Paramount Software experience is a plus
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage others successfully to achieve outcomes
• Ability to present self to membership and internal clients confidently and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Poise and “grace under pressure”
