Celebrity Artist Personal Assistant
Primary Responsibility
The Personal Assistant (PA) is responsible for hands-on personal needs for celebrity artists for business and personal life with discretion at the fore front. Duties may include handling correspondence and phone calls, managing schedules, taking care of bills, insurance, keeping track of personal documents and other personal affairs. PA must manage different projects as needed and carry out all necessary research and follow through on personal tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to running errands, researching and hiring local professionals for glam team, photographers, graphic designers, etc.
In addition, the PA performs several other activities: Assist artist at performances by communicating with event organizers, carrying belongings, retrieving meals, running errands for personal needs, etc. Capture footage for website and social media content. Make or assist with travel arrangements as needed. Screen and direct social media DMs, emails, texts, and phone calls, and distribute correspondence. Assisting with personal business affairs is required and may include but not limited to managing website orders, packaging and distribution.
