Intern - Recording Studio

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

NightBird Recording Studios is looking for highly driven and focused individuals for an unpaid internship position. Please visit our website and familiarize yourself with the studio before applying.

Applicants must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a college/audio school, and must have a vehicle with a valid drivers license and insurance. Applicants must have basic working knowledge of signal flow, audio equipment, and must have proper studio etiquette. Must be a self-starter, reliable and personable. Preferred if applicants already reside in the Los Angeles area and are 21+.

Responsibilities:
Studio upkeep
Runs for the studio and clients (mileage is reimbursed)
Assisting in session setup and teardown

We are looking for interns that can commit to two day shifts per week and two on-call night shifts per week. Scheduling is flexible.

This is a great educational opportunity and offers training by our staff of engineers and assistants and is a great way to get your foot in the door. All interns are given the opportunity to move up to an assistant engineer position.
