Summer Intern - Talent Representation

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Established boutique agency is seeking a smart, well organized, detail-oriented intern with excellent written and oral communication skills. Interest in talent representation is a plus. Duties will include assisting agents and assistants, tracking submissions and auditions, office & file maintenance, data entry, and communicating with casting directors. The ideal candidate is an unsurpassed multitasker, has a willingness to learn, has passion for the arts and entertainment, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people on a constant basis, and demonstrates grace under pressure. Familiarity with Macs, G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Vimeo is a must. Experience with the entertainment software TalentPro is also preferable.

For Spring interns, period will end on or about May 15th. For Summer interns, internship will last from on or about May 20th to August/early September. 3 days a week is preferable. Intern will work at our Chelsea office. Must be able to receive academic credit. Small stipend to cover food and transportation will be provided.
