We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Agency Assistant to support 2 of our 4 agents with the day-to-day operations of a busy talent agency representing actors across film, television, and theatre.
A college degree is required. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in an entertainment agency, talent management, casting, or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with Breakdown Express, Vimeo, InEntertainment, and Canva. Hungry for information, they read the trades regularly.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting agents with daily office operations, managing audition appointments, updating client records and materials, coordinating calendars and meetings, and tracking air dates, openings, showcases, and bookings.
Other responsibilities include administrative tasks such as monitoring office emails, answering phones/checking voicemails, and welcoming office guests.
Hours are 9:45 - 6:00 PM. This is an in-office position. We work remotely on Fridays only.
Salary/Benefits
