Nickelodeon is seeking a Vice President, Insights & Business Strategy to support the global consumer products business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving market intelligence and business strategy, as well as the long term growth strategy. Specific responsibilities include:
Market Intelligence and Business Strategy
• Perform in-depth analyses to understand the licensed consumer products and retail landscape – consumers, retail, competitors, and market opportunities
• Leverage business results, market trends and consumer insights to develop and recommend insightful recommendation for growth opportunities
• Perform market analyses, competitive landscapes and maintain a constant awareness of market, consumer, retail and industry trends
• Synthesize key learning insights from various data sources and studies and create highly engaging snapshots to be shared across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cascade consumer and retail insights throughout the organization
• Ensure all lines of business leverage consumer insights, address trends and serve the consumer and retail needs
• Support the development of presentations for business reviews, executive meetings
• Develop category, market opportunity sizing and forecasts
• Partner with brands and retail teams to drive business results through analytics-based perspectives in areas of category/brand growth, new business opportunities
Long-term Growth Strategy
• Actively support the development and activation of key strategies across the CP organization
• Coordinate and collaborate with brand to create long range business plans for the brands

• Outstanding writing skills; ability to convincingly structure and deliver content in written, oral and formal presentations

Basic Qualifications
• 7 years of related professional experience
• 5 years’ experience from management consulting, strategy group, top retailer or consumer Products Company.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must bring some CPG/retain experience
Additional Qualifications
• MBA preferred
