Noggin by Nick Jr. is a leading learning service for families with preschoolers. We deliver streaming and interactive learning content that helps young kids develop skills, knowledge, and passions through play with the characters they love. We also help parents help their kids thrive. The Growth Marketing Team at Noggin is currently searching for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition who can help plan and execute our efforts across a broad array of acquisition opportunities, including search, display, video, app acquisition, and more. The role involves hands-on marketing as well as collaborating on cross-functional initiatives, working with product, creativity, and analytics. We need a data-driven growth marketer who can optimize current marketing initiatives and explore greenfield opportunities to grow the business.
Work Model: This role is hybrid and will require 1-2 days per week working from our NYC or LA office. reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing.
Responsibilities
â- Work within an acquisition marketing team and with external ad agencies to strategize and execute acquisition marketing campaigns driving subscriber growth. Manage several online and offline marketing channels such as paid search, programmatic display, television, partnerships, and more.
â- Manage and mentor one direct report.
â- Efficiently deploy acquisition budget to maximize acquisitions volume, lower CAC, and drive higher LTV.
â- Analyze tests and make recommendations for future testing/optimization across paid channels (testing marketing variables including offer, copy/messaging, targeting and segmentation, and creative).
â- Analyze metrics on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are improving return on ad spend - focus on finding and driving high quality subscribers.
â- Explore new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities, including both performance and upper-funnel tactics.
â- Ensure brand message and core points of differentiation are conveyed across all digital touchpoints.
â- Stay current on which tactics and tools are new and emerging to improve our performance.
Qualifications
â- 5 years of acquisition marketing experience
â- Expert in one or more of the following acquisition channels: paid search, programmatic display, app acquisition
â- Track record of taking a data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
â- Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong attention to detail
â- Ability to foster positive relationships cross-functionally
â- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and partners
â- Bachelor’s Degree
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 125,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
