Overview and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Represent the Minneapolis team flawlessly – with a positive and friendly attitude, a gracious and welcoming demeanor, a keen eye for detail, a professional manor, and a sense of humor
• Proactively assist SVP in regular day to day business – scheduling, meeting coordination, travel, expense reports, etc -assisting 3 VPs and one senior director
• Coordinate all aspects of the Minneapolis Office, seamlessly ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and that the office looks great, especially when buyers or out-of-town guests arrive
• Handle all Minneapolis office logistics – troubleshooting tech issues, ordering offices supplies, coordinating cleaning needs, stocking the fridge, keeping group spaces looking good/making the office presentable, etc
• Develop positive relationships (remotely) with all executive-level assistants in NYC, LA and Bentonville to facilitate scheduling and other office needs
• Run with ideas and execute and improve them with a special touch of creativity to set our team and office apart
• Plan and execute regular team-building events
• Budget, track and lead all travel and office expenses
• Draft team and other communications as needed
• Provide team administrative assistance for both the Minneapolis & NYC teams
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• 2 years experience as an assistant leading all aspects of an office
• Expert in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative flair
• Ability to anticipate needs and lead multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to execute under pressure
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Relationship development
