Full Time Job
The Consumer Marketing team leads marketing strategy, tactics and audience engagement for Nickelodeon series, tentpole events and TV movies.
This team is responsible for defining network objectives, identifying target audiences, surfacing relevant research insights, and developing show positioning that guides the creation of all marketing pertaining to the show. The team develops and executes custom marketing programs across on-air, off-channel digital, social, and experiential.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate the development and execution of off-channel TV, digital, social, and out-of-home media campaigns by creating briefs, delivery specifications, and assisting with the creative review of all campaign materials
• Serve as point person for internal creative teams and project management on the development and trafficking or campaign deliverables
• Coordinate show-specific promotional activities, including but not limited to: event activations, influencer partnerships, co-branded content productions and promo shoots
• Apply and articulate a strategic approach to marketing for our target audiences
• Identify and ideate successful approaches to innovative, cutting-edge marketing
• Create informative one-sheets, presentations, recaps, and documents for use in presentations to team members, show creators, executives, and external partners
• Supervise interns and department assistant on projects, providing direction and resources for development
• Be a champion for our consumer, our brand, and our properties to ensure that all work reflects a kids point of view and maintains the integrity of our creative IP
• Reports to Vice President, Consumer Marketing

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Background in Marketing, Consumer Insights or Account Management/Planning at a Creative Agency or Television Network
• Multicultural Marketing experience preferred
• Experience writing Creative Marketing Briefs
• Project Management experience

• Strong presentation skills
• Creative, organized, and naturally inquisitive looking to consistently further their knowledge of the industry, audience, and marketing landscape
• Deep understanding of the Social Media and Digital Marketing landscape
• Blend of Creative, Project Management and Analytical skills
