The Nickelodeon Consumer Products team is seeking a Manager, Apparel. Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage the day to day business for the Apparel team
• Build and maintain relationships with all key licensees by holding ongoing business updates
• Field requests from and provide updates to all the retail development teams on an ongoing basis
• Contractual responsibilities including drafting amendments, renewals, and new contracts when needed- entering into DM/Nick Central
• Participation in the quarterly forecasting process such as sending requests to licensees, chasing missing submissions, and analyzing the major increases and decreases quarter over quarter
• Coordinate creative 101's with new partners
• Meet with NCR (Nickelodeon Creative Resources) regularly to ensure that all licensees are adhering to the terms of their contract and brand strategy guidelines, as well as using the latest creative style guides
• Creation and delivery of targeted presentations either to pitch new partners or to provide business updates to current ones
• Liaising with the wider licensing team on a regular basis to gather business updates and share business updates
• Regular attendance of trade shows and social industry functions where applicable
• Assist in the preparation and the development of licensee/partner presentations for summits and/or trade shows
• Analyze white space in the market- new products/categories we can enter to expand beyond the current business
• Monitor competitive properties and keep up to date with industry news
Basic Qualifications
• 4-5 years experience in licensing and/or marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
