Nickelodeon is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the SVP of Design and Animation and the Kids & Family Global Marketing department. This role involves managing the SVP’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinating travel plans. The assistant will also be responsible for preparing travel and expense reports and organizing meeting logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the SVP’s daily calendar, resolve conflicts, and schedule meetings with internal and external attendees across time zones.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and compile necessary travel documentation.
• Prepare travel and expense reports using the Concur system.
• Assist in coordinating meeting logistics, including securing conference rooms, arranging catering, and preparing presentations and agendas.
• Create and organize internal documents, such as agendas and distribution lists.
• Perform administrative duties like ordering lunches, preparing guest passes, and printing materials.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to optimize support functions for the marketing department.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and external entities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of equivalent work experience, preferably in the entertainment or marketing industry.
Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior management and internal/external contacts.
• Familiarity with industry concepts and properties.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented problem solver.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
Compensation:
The hiring salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
