Full Time Job
Nickelodeon Production Management handles the project budgets. We oversee physical production, ensure legal and union compliance, contract freelance employees, and ensure all funds are properly spent and allocated for each project. This may sometimes entail purchasing/renting equipment, scouting shoot locations, etc.
As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for department production administrative duties and general support of Nickelodeon Production Vice Presidents
• You will collaborate with Director & Production Managers to handle daily production and operational tasks as assigned to ensure Nick Jr. and Nickelodeon Domestic & International Long Form & Development teams are supported to meet the demands of the business.
• Answering phones, data entry, copying, filing, coordinating presentation materials, T&E reports, calendar maintenance, travel support, maintain relationships with contacts for the Vice Presidents.
• You will establish relationships with Legal, Standards, Library, EICs, 3rd Parties and Production Teams.
• You will coordinate production logistics for internal production shoots, voiceover records
• You will handle server archives of contracts, schedules, cash flow schedules, budgets and project documents for internal and 3rd party productions
• You will generate & Facilitate Blanket Vendor Agreements, Project Deal Terms, 3rd party contracts and process background checks
• You will make payments/cash flow schedules for vendors via internal program Market, SAP and SWIM
• Track projects and actualize expenses across multiple productions, pilots, shorts and development projects
• Facilitate and process weekly production timecards, talent contracts, payments
• Assist, troubleshoot and act as a resource on company policies for Show Units
• Attend production meetings when necessary
• Assist with production runs when necessary
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• You have previous experience as a Production Assistant
• Passion for kids programming and Nickelodeon
