Production Supervisor (Baby Shark Movie)
Summary:
The Production Supervisor for the Feature will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day production schedule under the guidance of the Production Manager and Line Producer.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement production staff day-to-day duties.
• Help to establish the division of duties for prod staff.
• Run department reviews to ensure clear communication, notes and due dates are acknowledged and received by all necessary crew, including any Partner Studio or independent contractor.
• Put processes in place to ensure crew is supported and timelines are met.
• Communicate any issues or scheduling conflicts to PM/LP.
• Enable and contribute to the culture to create a positive environment.
• Supervise, mentor, delegate and grow the production staff on the show tools, practices and procedures, including empowering the production staff to take on additional responsibilities for growth.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and an environment where challenges are an opportunity for growth.
• Take ownership of ramping up and training production staff.
Qualifications:
• (Knowledge of Software Requirements a plus) Microsoft Suite, Shotgun, Outlook, Syncsketch, Filemaker Pro, and Storyboard Pro.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the animation production process.
• Communicates clearly and ensures timely feedback on notes.
• Ability to work efficiently with a remote crew and independent contractor or Partner Studio.
• Manage and drive multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and strong attention to detail.
• Work to and meet production deadlines.
• Proactive and positive thinker, able to exercise good judgment.
• Use discretion and maintain confidential information.
• Owns tasks and drives through completion.
• Effectively communicates with respect and consideration with Studio Employees and Partner Studios at all levels.
