Summary:

Provide story ideas and write premises, outlines and scripts for the series.

Responsibilities:

• Writes premise, outlines, scripts, synopses and any other show-related materials.
• Work with sourced materials and consultants to help craft narrative format
• Attend and contribute to writers' meetings.
• Ensure the quality and style of the show is met
• Ensure consistency in tone and quality across scripts from support writers
• Meet all writing deadlines.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate proficiency in style of show.
• Good knowledge of story structure.
• Baseline knowledge of the demo and/or strong interest in kid's media
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish language
• Strong time-management skills.
• Work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask a plus.
• Familiarity with Final Draft a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
