This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Summary:
Nickelodeon Animation Studio is looking for Summer 2024 Development Interns for our Pre-K (2-6) and Big Kids (6-11) departments. The development interns will interface directly with our development team members. From script coverage to attending meetings, and contributing to team projects, this internship will prepare you for a future career in animation development!
Responsibilities:
• Read and review submissions/scripts/books/writing samples, pitches, providing coverage, tracking and logging all department materials
• Attend department meetings and take notes
• Maintain databases (Pitch Grid, Talent Tracker, Artist Tracker)
• Shadow creative projects in various stages of development
• Learn office administration tasks which include calendaring, file creation and management. Provide research for projects in development or consideration
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong reading comprehension
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Airtable is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Weekly Hiring Salary Range: $720.0 - 800.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education
