We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team in a role primarily geared towards social media marketing, but will also require the ability to support our public relations team as well. The candidate will work largely in the music and brand spaces and occasionally be part of campaigns for professional athletes. The candidate should also be excited about and capable of thorough research, as this will be key in helping to make our campaigns as successful as possible.
What You'll Do:
Analyze and meticulously maintain social media accounts for ngagency clients in the music, brand, and sports worlds.
Conceptualize and implement highly customized social media plans for our clients that reflect their brand and simultaneously build followers and engagement.
Conduct thorough research to expand our potential network in the worlds of influencer, marketing, press and brand partnerships.
Work diligently to ensure you are up to date on social media best practices and effectively incorporate them into our campaigns.
Manage project communication with clients in order to gather assets and organize posting schedules in a timely fashion.
Maintain and grow ngagency social media accounts. Create a presence that reflects our brand.
Create pitches to secure partnerships with brands and influencers.
Work with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients.
Assist with reporting for ongoing campaigns.
Develop relationships with the key social and streaming partners.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of Social Media experience in the brand or entertainment fields required.
Public Relations and/or Music Industry experience a big plus.
Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills. The role will require considerable asset gathering and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
Aptitude for Research is key.
Highly interested in driving the analytics of our campaigns.
Interest in influencer marketing.
Able to implement creative ways and calls to action to drive traffic from social platforms to real-time consumers/listeners.
Able to identify target audiences and demographics for each client, including problem/gap areas.
Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube required. Working knowledge of TikTok, Triller, and similar rising social apps a plus.
Project coordination and client relations experience.
Up-to-date with the latest technology trends and social media best practices.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who excels in a team environment.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Extensive experience with Apple computers, Google Drive, key social platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
