Ngagency is a marketing agency with a diverse client base that draws from the worlds of music, entertainment, and technology. Our highly-tailored campaigns utilize a wide range of core competencies - Public Relations, Social Media Optimization, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Partnerships - to create something built specifically to the goals of each individual client. Our sister company, Flux 88, is a creative studio specializing in NFT creation and curation, virtual immersive environments, video production, and avatar/character creation in the worlds of professional sports, entertainment, and cryptoart.
We take great pride in our ability to translate our client's mission statement and simultaneously elevate awareness in a way that converts any digital wins into real-world consumers and genuine fans.
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Coordinator to join our team, who will split their time between Social Media and Public Relations work. On the Public Relations side, the hire will be supporting the lead publicist with tour press outreach and research, focusing on the genres of alternative, indie, and hard rock. Other tasks may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the team. We are looking for this new addition to the team to grow with the company and come with a devotion to learning the skills needed to succeed within the role.
What You'll Do:
Social Media:
Meticulously maintain social media accounts for ngagency clients in the music and entertainment worlds.

Press:
Conduct outreach and secure coverage for ongoing campaigns with a focus on tour press.
Research contacts at outlets and find potential press partners for our clients.
Maintain schedules for interviews and in-person opportunities for clients, as well as keep track of and submit guest lists to management.

Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube is required. Working knowledge of rising social apps (Triller, Discord, etc.), streaming services (Spotify, Apple, etc.), and supplementary platforms (Later, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
Must have extensive experience with Apple computers, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office suite.
Basic Photoshop skills or the ability to learn simple graphic design easily is a must.
Candidate Characteristics:
