Full Time Job
The Receptionist/ Business Administrative Assistant greets and provides customer service to visitors, answers and routes telephone calls, accepts packages and assists in a full range of clerical support to the Admin team.
• Operating multi-line phone system and interacting with the public, vendors, clients, and staff
• Assists with shipping/receiving of mail and packages
• Maintains files and records such as basic databases, shared drive files and departmental reporting
• Composes correspondence and prepares documents for transmission and/or distribution.
• Assists with presentations, invoicing, programming, and reporting
• Provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager, Business Administrator and other station personnel
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• High School Diploma
• Fluency in English required
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Minimum one year's experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in broadcasting, media, or marketing
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite tools, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
