Online Fraud Representative

The Fraud Representative is to assist the Fraud Manager with billing and account issues. The Fraud Representative reviews accounts in question, investigate under the direction of the Fraud Manager, data entry, filing, and adhere to legal protocols for fraudulent accounts. This person will be thoroughly familiar with credit card chargeback regulation including PayPal.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze accounts and billing issues and investigate and report the results to the Fraud Manager
• Input and update accounts
• Prepare investigative reports
• Provide customer service support when necessary

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of accurate data entry experience
• Experience working for online game company, and/or e-commerce transactions preferred
• Experience and understanding of micro-transactions and pay-pal and/or credit card processing is preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and support staff
• Commitment to meet deadlines
• General experience with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel)
