Description:

The Senior Manager, Premium Experiences & Ticket Services position will perform required duties to enhance the ticket sales, service and hospitality strategies for all current clients, potential clients, and individual game ticket buyers, with the goal of increasing engagement and revenue. This position is responsible for benefit activation, event execution, service and support for all ticket licensee accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, hire, on-board, train and manage a team of service members.
• Develop and implement a premium and ticket service strategy aimed at providing service and experiences that exceed expectations with a goal of maximizing retention and new season ticket, group, and suite sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage premium benefits, New York Yankees Legacy Club and Legacy Club Rewards programs.
• Oversee communication and marketing strategies for the ticket sales and service teams including but not limited to account transitions, Yankees.com updates and season ticket renewal invoicing.
• Create a touch point plan that encourages engagement with each licensee.
• Implement data collection and activation campaigns related to benefit platforms, ticket usage, touchpoints, benefit redemption rates, and event ROI.
• Find and summarize data trends to improve benefit utilization, event attendance, renewal rates and new business sales.
• Create and manage a schedule to ensure all phone coverage, game-day duties, and other needs are fulfilled
• Plan and coordinate all experiential client and prospective client events (i.e., Legacy Club Open House, Legends Speaker Series, batting practice, player meet and greets, prospecting events, etc.)
• Oversee the entire premium agreement process, including but not limited to, the unique creation and review process to ensure accuracy and vet liable business entities, distribution management, proper execution and counter-execution, all tracking, and reporting. Oversee and ensure execution of all contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison to Yankees partnerships, ticket sales & service leadership, and counsel to oversee and ensure execution of all contractual obligations and deliverables.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of experience in sports, hospitality or entertainment industry required.
• Understanding of Premium hospitality and Ticket Systems (i.e., Ticketmaster).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Tableau, SAS, R, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
• Proven time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
