DEPARTMENT: Ticket Services
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Ticket Services & Strategy
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY:
This role will assist the Season Ticket Sales and Service Department in driving retention rates and new sales opportunities by consistently delivering a high level of service and support to Season Ticket Licensees. It will collaborate within the Ticket Services team and with other departments in the execution of new season ticket benefits, value-added programs, and events that enhance the overall client experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for researching, creating, and executing innovative gameday and non-gameday experiences that enhance the Season Ticket Licensee experience
• Assist with day-to-day Season Ticket Licensee sales and service support, including, but not limited to, benefit fulfillment, gameday requests, client communication, sales tool integrations, and sales campaigns
• Track and maintain up-to-date client information, benefit fulfillment, event registration, and touchpoints in CRM system
• Assist Season Ticket Sales and Service leaders with weekly reporting of ticket sales data and renewals; help with onboarding of new team members
• Communicate with Analytics Team and Box Office to monitor sales and retention goals
• Help generate and execute ideas for events/initiatives to drive inbound season ticket sales
• Support sales staff at prospecting events
• Collaborate in the production of digital sales collateral and other design projects
• Assist in the creation, management and analysis of data from CRM and client surveys to improve service initiatives, retention rates, and client satisfaction
• Maintain yankees.com season ticket pages and Legacy Club Rewards benefits portal
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years' service experience in sports, hospitality and/or entertainment industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience using Archtics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
