Part Time Job
Description:
The Part-Time Associate will be performing daily tasks for our Analytics Department which include: data analysis, database cleanup, and ad-hoc reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Learn top industry tools related to predictive analytics, such as R, Python, SQL and Tableau
• Pull data from KORE Data Warehouse to use in Excel and Tableau reporting to maximize ticket sales efforts
• Assist data team efforts to capture all useful data sources in KORE Data Warehouse for future analysis
• Produce daily recaps and create related Excel and Tableau reports for all ticket sales related activity
• Create high level ticket reports such as new business sales, multi-year analysis, and secondary market analysis
• Support all Microsoft Dynamics CRM efforts including data cleansing, preparation, and data entry
Qualifications
and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Statistics, Economics or Finance
• Experience with statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL
• Familiarity with business intelligence software, Tableau, QlikView, and Looker
• Familiarity and proficiency with Ticketmaster Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
• Flexible work schedule
