Salary Information:
• Base Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000.

Workplace Location Requirements:
• Location: Based at the New York Yankees offices.
• Work Environment: Full-time, non-exempt position with the need for flexibility to work long hours in a demanding work environment.
Experience and Education Requirements:
• Years of Experience: Minimum of one year in the sports and entertainment industry preferred.
• Education: Four-year college degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Skills Required:
• Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in all apps in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Soft Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
• Position: Coordinator, Corporate/Community Relations at the New York Yankees.
• Role Overview: Serve as a devoted member of the Yankees Corporate/Community Relations department, enhancing efforts through administrative support and project management.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Generate summaries highlighting the focus, impact, and resources dedicated to outreach efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate impact and results.
- Support general efforts in the corporate/community relations space, including managing tentpole events and gameday operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact on departmental projects and initiatives.
- Maintain the event calendar and manage community partner ticket allocations.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and producing weekly payroll sheets.
• Objective: To effectively support the Corporate/Community Relations department in maintaining the first-class reputation of the franchise through dedicated project and administrative support, ensuring successful community engagement and operations.
