Position: Part-Time Assistant, Social Media (Spanish)
Salary Information: $20 per hour

Workplace Requirements: In-person for home games; remote for away games

Experience:
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience with graphic design and video/editing production

Hard Skills:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both spoken and written Spanish)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom
• Excellent writing skills for social media platforms

Soft Skills:
• Strong decision-making skills
• Passion for social media, digital content, and current trends
• Extensive knowledge of baseball

Job Description:
The New York Yankees Digital & Social Content team is seeking a bilingual Social Media Assistant to manage and create content for the Yankees Beisbol social media platforms. This role involves in-game social responsibilities, fan engagement, content translation, and collaboration with club social and content teams to develop Spanish-first content.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create and post content on Yankees Beisbol channels such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram throughout the baseball season.
• Assist with in-game social media duties for all home and away games.
• Manage community interactions on all Spanish social media platforms.
• Translate graphics, copy, and other digital assets into Spanish.
• Collaborate with club social and content teams to identify and execute opportunities for Spanish-first content.

Skills Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English), social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, Photoshop, Lightroom, writing for social media.
