The New York Yankees are seeking highly motivated, compassionate, and hard-working individuals to assist in managing the Volunteer Sellers and game day operations of the New York Yankees Foundation's 50/50 Raffle. During Yankees home games and other select events, the Foundation will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets to help support the Foundation's mission and other partner charities. Supervisors are expected to be positive brand ambassadors for the New York Yankees Foundation and the 50/50 Raffle, and successfully lead our Volunteer Sellers to achieve jackpot goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support the Raffle team in advance of Volunteer Seller arrivals with preparation and organization of the software and equipment and assigning selling zones.
• Oversee in-game raffle operations; monitor, motivate and coach Volunteer Sellers; provide technical support; and promote and sell raffle tickets using a handheld device or tablet (as needed) from the time the gates open through the end of the raffle.
• Assist with the breakdown of raffle equipment, closing out the draw, and posting the winning number.
• Complete and submit game reports to Raffle staff, inclusive of revenue data, any goal attainments, and any issues, among other pertinent information.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications and Experience:
• High School diploma
• Professional demeanor, hospitable and customer service oriented
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, quick learner
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the New York Yankees Foundation's mission
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work majority of home games during the baseball season as well as additional events, including evenings, weekends and select holidays
• Ability to work in an outside stadium environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time (with or without accommodation)

The hourly rate for this role is $19.00/hour.
