Summary
In this position, you will organize the fulfillment and development of all aspects of ticket operations for season ticket, group, premium, and individual game accounts. You will provide direct support to the Ticket Sales team in various day-to-day operations including account management and report auditing and reconciliation. This is a full-time and is based in White Plains, NY within the NY DMA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assisting with the fulfillment of all season ticket & partial plan ticket orders, including processing and printing of individual ticket purchases
• Assisting with creating reports for suite tickets, individual game requests, season, and group tickets
• Assisting with distribution of tickets and ticket packages (mailing and will call)
• Assisting with order processing for suite and group orders, while fully utilizing our ticketing systems and software
• Staffing the box office and customer service window at Westchester County Center and providing support as needed
• Assisting with the set-up and break-down of the box office and various other locations
• Assisting with major ticketing event such as: Select a Seat Event(s), Single Game On-sale, and Open House
• Assisting with reconciliation of game night receipts, cash management and credit card transactions
• Generate various reports and conduct audits and reconciliations
• Available as back-up to assist in all areas of department functions and duties as specified by the Director of Ticket Sales
• Assist in financial related matters and analysis as needed
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage high volume of detailed work
• Minimum computer aptitude required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software and proficiency with ticketing system software Ticketmaster Archtics and Account Manager
• Knowledge of Database software and Order processing systems
• Must be able to work all Liberty home games
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of ticket operations and or Box Office experience in similar position
• Experience working in a dynamic, competitive environment is a plus.
