Summary:
In this position, we are looking for a seasoned ticket sales leader who drives the development and execution of our ticket sales and service goals and objectives to support the overall business plan. Our Sales and Service department not only drives ticket sales, but are also responsible for building positive relationships with our ticket holders whether you are purchasing a single event or a full season.
In This Role, You Will:
• Lead and create accountability for achieving department budget goals, growing brand loyalty and awareness, and enhancing corporate culture
• Partner with various department Directors to develop strategies, procedures and goals to achieve annual Ticket & Service revenue targets
• Lead and develop staff by mentoring and providing direction, support and performance feedback
• Work cross functionally in a collaborative manner to develop and implement strategic commission and compensation structures that motivate staff toward achievement of revenue and retention goals
• Ensure that our events, service, and sales approach is consistent with the Liberty brand
• Build a work environment and culture that requires and encourages teamwork and growth for ticket sales staff
• Complete performance reviews and being responsible for the hiring, retaining, and development of staff in functional areas
You Are:
• A sales leader with a minimum of 5 years experience developing and implementing progressive sales and services strategies
• Excellent with developing and retaining talent within your team and/or organization
• Able to build business plans and execute accordingly to achieve revenue results
• A curious, entrepreneurial and an ambitious spirit who leads to innovate sales and service strategies
• Experienced using data and analytics to support a dynamic pricing strategy
• Capable of building substantial relationships with internal and external partners that lead to results
• You are an effective communicator and understand when to tailor your style to meet the needs of others
• You maintain current, reliable knowledge of industry and marketplace to inform and educate your decision-making process
Education
al Background:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
