Summary:
As a member of the New York Liberty Ticket Sales team, you will work closely with the Director of Ticket Sales and Services to generate new business revenue through selling full season memberships, partial plans, group tickets and premium inventory via phone, face-to-face presentations and networking events.
In This Role, You Will:
• Meet or exceed annual new season membership sales, group ticket sales and partial plan sales goals
• Generate leads via prospecting, networking, attending meetings, cold calls, business related networking functions and NY Liberty games and other Liberty related business events
• Passionately build opportunities for new business through up selling opportunities and referrals from existing clients.
• Effectively follow up with clients and prospective clients in order to establish relationships and improve customer experience
• Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects
• Effectively execute sales campaigns
• Assist customer service efforts during renewal campaigns
• Assist with other season and group ticket sales duties, as assigned
• Promptly return all phone/e-mail communications from prospective clients to ensure an extraordinary customer experience
• Attend all member events to form positive relationships with current customer base
• Support the Ticket Sales & Service group at all NY Liberty home games (17 games)

Education
and/or Experience:
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
