New England Golf and Tennis Camp is seeking competitive, driven, and reliable Golf Coaches to join our residential staff for Summer 2026. As a Golf Coach, you will train and mentor Athletes in Training while helping create a focused, disciplined, and positive camp environment.
This role is designed for college golfers and recent graduates who want hands on coaching experience, leadership growth, and a full summer immersed in sport and camp life.
Position Overview
Golf Coaches are responsible for planning and delivering structured, high level instruction for campers ages 8 to 17. Coaches live on campus and serve as mentors in both golf and residential life. You will work closely with fellow coaches and camp leadership to ensure training is competitive, organized, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead daily golf instruction for beginner through advanced athletes
Teach fundamentals, short game, full swing mechanics, and course management
Run competitive drills and structured on course play
Set clear performance goals and track athlete progress
Provide direct, constructive feedback in an encouraging manner
Create a focused training environment built on discipline and respect
Supervise campers during training, meals, waterfront, and evening activities
Serve as a cabin leader and role model at all times
Collaborate with fellow staff to strengthen program delivery
Participate in staff training, meetings, and evening programs
Qualifications
Collegiate playing experience preferred
Recent graduate with competitive golf background encouraged to apply
Strong technical understanding of golf instruction
Experience working with youth preferred
Clear communicator with leadership presence
Team oriented and dependable
Full summer commitment required, June 21st through August 8th, 2026
