Job Overview:
We are looking for a diversity, equity, and inclusion-minded Social Media Coordinator to spearhead the cultivation of the Neufluence brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The role will work closely with the CEO on content creation ideas, direction, and to generate creative ideas to advocate for our mission to create an ecosystem of value for brands and creators. The Social Media Coordinator will also help cultivate and manage/mobilize team members to reach our desired goals.
This is a contract-based, part-time role for an energetic, motivated, and friendly, social media savvy candidate who can help take our brand to the next level. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of the social media universe, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Our ideal candidate should have some experience working with projects focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Assist in the definition and execution of specific social media strategies that nurture community interaction and conversation.
Monitor influencer marketing and DEI trends and communicate helpful tips for social posts.
Create social media content (Images, Videos, Lives, Reels, Stories) captions for social posts.
Analyze social data/analytics, trends, insights and follower growth to increase productivity of posts.
Assist with updating content schedules.
Assist with reviewing and approving content and ensure content is posted according to the content calendar.
Interact and conduct content review meetings with junior team members to ensure the content is within our brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Possess a solid understanding of the social media universe including recognizing emerging technologies and trends.
Have a strong interest in influencer marketing.
Knowledgeable in creating content, video, and copywriting.
Has experience with using Slack and task management platforms.
Familiar with creating content calendars and using schedulers such as Hootsuite.
Highly energetic and strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate with others in their team.
Must be highly organized and capable of multitasking.
